Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Show In My Room Shopify application ("the App"), operated by Tallman Solutions, the technology development brand of Micush ("we", "us", or "our").

By installing or using the App, you ("Merchant") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, uninstall the App immediately.

Show In My Room provides an AI-powered room visualization feature for Shopify storefronts. When enabled on a product page, it allows shoppers to upload a photo of their room and see a photorealistic composite of your product placed within that space.

The App operates as an embedded Shopify admin application and a storefront theme extension. Functionality depends on your active Shopify store and subscription plan.

The App offers a permanent free tier with a fixed number of AI visualizations per month, and several paid subscription tiers billed through Shopify's billing system. All charges appear on your Shopify invoice.

• Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance through Shopify.
• PLUS-tier plans include usage-based charges for visualization requests beyond the base allotment; these are charged against a capped amount you approve in Shopify.
• Free plan credits reset monthly and do not carry over to the following month or to a paid plan.
• Downgrading or cancelling a plan takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
• We do not issue refunds for partial billing periods, except where required by law or Shopify's policies.

All pricing is displayed within the App and is confirmed by Shopify before any charge is applied.

You agree not to:

• Use the App to process, generate, or display content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
• Attempt to circumvent request limits, billing controls, or authentication mechanisms.
• Reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute the App or its output for purposes other than operating your own Shopify storefront.
• Submit room photos that contain identifiable individuals without their consent.

The App, including its code, design, and AI models, is the property of Tallman Solutions and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Product images you supply remain your property. AI-generated visualization outputs produced using your product images and your customers' room photos may be used freely for your storefront purposes. We do not claim ownership of those outputs.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The App depends on third-party infrastructure (Shopify APIs, AI processing providers, cloud hosting) and may experience downtime outside our control.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App (or any part of it) at any time with reasonable notice. We will not be liable to you for any such modification, suspension, or discontinuation.

The room visualization feature produces AI-generated composite images that are provided strictly for illustrative and inspirational purposes only. These images are approximations and do not constitute a representation, guarantee, or warranty that any product will look identical—or even similar—to the visualization when physically placed in a customer's room.

Factors including but not limited to actual room dimensions, lighting conditions, wall and floor colors, camera angle, product color rendering, and manufacturing tolerances will cause the physical product to differ from any AI-generated image. Tallman Solutions makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, realism, or fitness of any visualization output.

Tallman Solutions shall have no liability whatsoever—and Merchant expressly waives any claim against Tallman Solutions—arising from or related to:

• A customer's decision to purchase a product based on or influenced by a visualization;
• Any discrepancy between a visualization and the actual appearance of a purchased product in a customer's space;
• Customer complaints, refund requests, chargebacks, disputes, or negative reviews attributable to such discrepancies;
• Any financial loss, reputational harm, or other damages suffered by Merchant as a result of customer dissatisfaction with a product that was previewed using the App.

Merchant is solely responsible for managing customer expectations regarding the illustrative nature of AI visualizations and for handling any resulting customer service issues. Tallman Solutions is a technology provider only and cannot be held responsible for the real-world outcome of any purchase decision facilitated by the App.

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. AI-generated visualizations are approximate composites and may not perfectly represent real-world placement, scale, or lighting.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tallman Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

You may terminate this agreement at any time by uninstalling the App. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your shop data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Tallman Solutions is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the Shopify Partner Dashboard or by email. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
